Who we are

WebByRon ("we", "us") builds and manages websites for UK businesses. This site is www.webbyron.co.uk. For anything privacy-related, contact info@webbyron.co.uk.

What we collect

The only personal data this website collects is what you choose to send us through the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to mailing lists without your consent.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking scripts. All fonts, styles and scripts are served from our own domain — your visit is not shared with third-party CDNs or advertisers.

Where your data lives

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify (our hosting provider) and delivered to our email. Netlify may process data in the United States under standard contractual clauses. We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work, then delete it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or stop processing the personal data we hold about you. Email info@webbyron.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
